These terms apply to any order placed with Bekah's Baking Atelier ("we," "us," "our"), a cottage food operation based in Lehi, Utah.

Custom orders

Every cake and dessert is made to order. Pricing, sizing, and design details are agreed on before an order is confirmed, typically after a conversation started through the contact page. Orders are considered confirmed once both the details and any requested deposit are agreed upon.

Cottage food disclosure

This food is prepared in a home kitchen and processed and prepared without the benefit of state or local inspection. It is intended for direct consumer consumption only and may not be resold.

Allergens

Our kitchen is not free of common allergens, including nuts, eggs, dairy, and gluten. Let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order so we can talk through what's possible — we can't guarantee a completely allergen-free product.

Cancellations and changes

Because ingredients and time are reserved for your order in advance, cancellations or major changes made close to the delivery date may not be fully refundable. We'll always work with you on the specifics — reach out as soon as you know something has changed.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery arrangements are agreed on when the order is placed. Cakes are fragile — once a finished cake is handed off, we're no longer able to guarantee its condition.
